SHOCKING: BMW CUSTOMER LEFT ON HOLD FOR OVER THREE HOURS!
I have a $90,000 BMW and have been a loyal customer for years. I called in to bmw in order to be services with a basic request about my BMW luxury convertible key fob replacement.
I was hung up on three times by greedy commission salesmen after they discovered they couldn't bait and switch me into other products and this was a service call with low commission for them.
When I finally called BMW corporate headquarters they put me on hold for three and a half hours in order to punish me unfairly. BMW has the worst customer service and outright abuse of their customers in the history of capitalism.
