Verified Reviewer |Just want to say THANK YOU!!!
- - Thanks to BMW engineering for safety and precision that helped me live.
- - Car felt flawless and protected; I miss it, grateful it saved my life.
Dear BMW Engineering Team,
I don't know how to write this without emotion, so I will write it honestly, from my heart.
I was recently involved in a severe accident, almost a head-on collision. In those few seconds, everything could have ended very differently.
My car was destroyed, but I survived. And I know with absolute certainty that I survived because of you, because of your engineering, your precision, your commitment to safety, and your pursuit of perfection.
This car was absolute perfection.
From the very first day, I felt like a queen inside it. Everything, every detail, every line, every function, was executed flawlessly. It wasn't just transportation.
It was confidence, protection, elegance, and power. It made me feel higher, better, stronger, more successful. It made me feel like the best version of myself.
Every time I parked it and walked away, I always turned back to look at it. I was proud that it was mine.
When my children asked me in a parking lot, 'Where is our car?', I would smile and say, 'Look for the most beautiful one, that's our BMW.'
In the days after the accident, I kept looking at the photos of my car and crying endlessly. I miss it deeply. I feel a painful sadness that I couldn't protect your creation. I'm heartbroken that I couldn't save it.
But I am endlessly grateful that it saved me.
Your work gave me life, literally.
Your creation stood between me and tragedy.
And that is something I will carry with me forever. From this moment on, I am forever loyal to the BMW brand, not because of luxury or performance, but because your work gave me a second chance at life.
Thank you for your talent, your responsibility, and your humanity - even when it comes in the form of steel, technology, and design.
With the deepest gratitude and respect,
Renata Dzherikova

Verified Reviewer |Experience has been a nightmare.
- - BMW Tunisia car purchase; nightmare experience.
- - Messages ignored; dates misleading; passport withheld.
- - Lost over 4,500; no car, no compensation.
I bought a car from BMW Tunisia, and the whole experience has been a nightmare. Ignored messages and misleading dates.
My passport was withheld, leaving me stuck in Tunisia and unable to return to France. I lost more than 4,500, with no car delivered and no compensation. I also suffered significant moral and emotional distress due to this situation.
What is most shocking is that I sent several detailed emails to BMW Group headquarters; despite being fully informed, they have taken no action whatsoever. For a brand that calls itself premium, this lack of responsibility is unacceptable.

BMW terrible purchase experience
- - Deal finalized with a deposit, but the car was sold to an employee.
- - Customer reports horrid service and a disappointing experience.
Not even apology
The deal was finalized, parties agreed on all conditions and a deposit made! Instead of finalizing the paperwork and completing the sale transaction, l was told they decided to prioritize and sell this car to an employee because they wanted it over giving it to a customer that has already solidified the purchase.
This was a horrible customer experience as this was a car Ive been on the hunt for over a year, not a cheap purchase. Not sure if they disregarded me because of my accent and thought they could shuffle this to an employee without hesitation but Ive never had such a disappointing experience.
How can a company stop the transaction with a customer just because an employee wanted it?
First time I found my dream car and was willing to do anything to get it and was dismissed and set aside. Spend time and prepping financials for this purchase.
I do regret every second spend with BMW and have been left with a horrible feeling and taste in my mouth. This company has no right to take pride on their customer service as they do not value their customer in the least bit.

Terrible customer service
- - Poor service at BMW of Des Moines; sunroof failed and service was hard to reach.
- - Spare key lost; car won't start; Calvin offered help.
AWorst experience Ive had with a dealership in 30 years! I leased an M850i from a BMW of Des Moines from Calvin May of 21.
6 month ago I had the car dropped off to fix a flat. In the process they lost my spare key. Last month my sunroof stopped working so I called in on two different occasions could never reach the service department. On the third day that I was going to follow up and see if I could get a hold of anyone my car completely stopped working altogether.
It wont start no power nothing so I continued with calls attempting to get a hold of the service department. After five continuous days I was able to reach the front desk and spoke to an individual named Geri. I asked if anyone was working in the service department and she said of course theyre working there but theyre really busy and I told her she didnt have to be so rude and she hung up on me. I called back and asked her if she would give me a manager and she said no and hung up on me again.
So I proceeded to call my sales guy Calvin and ask for assistance which he offered. I was out of town so I had a family member attempt to drop the keys off at again either Jerry or the service manager Im not sure who because I wasnt there refused to take the keys because they said I had to go through a series of steps before they would except the car in for service. So naturally I text my sales guy Calvin back and asked if he could assist and nothing.crickets.
I would avoid this dealership like the plague Ive never dealt with such terrible customer service in my life. I get businesses are shorthanded and working tirelessly but Im out of town for two months all they had to do was take my keys and say will get to it as soon as we can sorry for the inconvenience.

Verified ReviewerBad service
- - Engine light; 2013 BMW 750i, 86,000 km.
- - Two valves misfiring; diagnosed next day.
- - Injector replacement not available; paid $294; not fixed.
On my way from Halifax to Toronto, the engine light went on . My car is 750i .
2013 with 86000 km. The first available BMW service was in Moncton New Brunswick. The service department received my car for diagnosis. I was told two valves are out due to misfiring and I have to come back next day at 7:30 am to fix the problem.
Next day I found out the dealer doesn't have any parts for the car in his inventory. They ordered a coil and spark plug from other local suppliers. I was waiting more than 3 hours for the parts to come, and after they installed them, the problem was not fixed .I was informed an injector has to be replaced which is not available and it will take more than 4 days to have .which I can't stay at the hotel for 4 days and take more risk .
I decided to drive my car until I find BMW dealer on my way and get the car fixed. I ended paying $294.00 to the dealer for less than 30 min of actual work and without having the car fixed.on my way I called many BMW dealers to find the injector without any luck

- Bad business practices
Preferred solution: Refund of $200
User's recommendation: After 45 years of driving Bmw in Europe, the middle east and Canada, I have never had an issue or a bad experience except this one which disappointed me
FEM has packed up in 25000 km. Workshop says pay for new FEM & after that we will diagnose problem and advise further expenses? Ridiculous!
- - Car has 25,000 km.
- - BMW says FEM may have problems.
- - They want me to pay for a new FEM before diagnosis.
- - Calls the approach an open ended expense.
My car has done 25000 km. BMW says maybe problems with FEM.
They want me to pay for new FEM & only then will they diagnose and advise further problems & related expenses?
This cant be an open ended expense sheet for BMW to charge for experimenting with my car with poor quality parts! Sick of their attitude.
User's recommendation: Don’t buy BMW as their customer service is atrocious.
Customer service received
- - 12V issue on an off-lease 330xi with no dealer follow-up.
- - Z Motors says it's a fuse and replaced it, but problem returns; next appointment Sept 20.
I purchased a 330xi from off lease in southern Florida and not from the dealer located in my area because the salesman said he would get back with us, and we never heard from him. So we went elsewhere.
The problem is the 12V does not work. I have taken it to Z Motors in Fort Walton Beach 3(three) times to have this fixed. They keep telling me it just a fuse. The last time I went, I was told there were no techs available to work on the car.
The service guy said it just a fuse and he and the other service guy changed the fuse. I went out of town, it didn't last 48 hours. There has to be a reason this fuse keeps blowing. The car is still under warranty, so why can't we get this issue resolved??
I just made an appointment again, this time they cannot see me until September 20th.
That's crazy. We would like to get this resolved before thy try to run out the warranty.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
